Three of these were built for paying clients. Two are my own products. All five are working software you can open right now, not mockups, and they share a theme: care organizations doing serious work on top of faxes, spreadsheets and phone tag, and software that takes that weight off them.

Client project · Home care, home health & hospice
An operations platform that carries an agency from referral to paid claim on one record: intake, charting, scheduling, GPS visit verification, billing and payroll. The front office reads incoming referrals, face sheets and faxes, pulls out diagnoses, medications and authorizations, files them to the right chart, and escalates anything uncertain to a human. Handles 837P electronic claims and state fee schedules.
Client project · Per-diem shift marketplace
A two-sided marketplace putting RNs, LPNs, CNAs, aides and therapists in front of local facilities that need a shift covered today. Credential verification and background checks on one side, shift posting and approval on the other, with transparent take-home pay, guaranteed pay when a facility cancels late, and next-day payouts through Stripe.

A referral company connecting families and hospital discharge planners with licensed group homes, on-demand caregivers and vetted home-service partners across the Las Vegas Valley, built around urgent same-day placement, with a caregiver marketplace where CNAs mark themselves ready for work and get pinged when nearby shifts open.
Built because I kept running into the problem myself.
My product · AI-native EHR for therapists
A full practice platform for mental-health clinicians: charting, session notes in four clinical formats, scheduling, telehealth, client billing and real-time insurance claims, all wrapped around an agentic AI layer that drafts, schedules and runs workflows, with the clinician reviewing before anything is applied. Ships as a web app plus installable Windows and macOS desktop builds, priced from trainee through licensed practice.
My product · Private AI writing and thinking space
A privacy-first AI workspace for anyone working or studying in mental health, built for writing papers, reasoning through a question and preparing for supervision. It's what you reach for instead of pasting sensitive material into a general chatbot. Conversations aren't used to train any model or retained by the AI provider, and you can de-identify anything before it's sent.

Sit with the people doing the work and follow the process end to end, including the parts nobody documented.
Find the smallest piece that removes the most pain, and write down exactly what is and isn't included.
Working software you can look at early and often, rather than a big reveal at the end.
Training, documentation, and a clear agreement about what happens when something breaks.
